Retail/Online Orders
For retail orders, placed via the IDAS Group website www.idas.co.nz,
please refer to the information below.
Delivery & Shipping Information:
- Freight Fee: NZ Flat Rate of $9.50 +GST per order
- Same Day Dispatch for orders received before 10:30am weekdays
- Standard Delivery Time: 1-3 working days
- Rural/Remote Delivery Time: 2-5 working days
- NO Dispatch on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays
Wholesale/Account Orders
For wholesale orders, placed via the IDAS Group sales team,
please refer to the information below.
Delivery & Shipping Information:
- Freight Fee: As per your current account terms and conditions
- Same Day Dispatch for orders received before 10:30am weekdays*
- Standard Delivery Time: 1-3 working days*
- Rural/Remote Delivery Time: 2-5 working days*
- Split Orders are assigned separate sales numbers
- Split Orders retain original PO reference numbers

*Delivery times may increase if goods are to be manufactured
