Cook Strait Ferry Sailings Alert! June to September 2026!
Due to scheduled vessel maintenance, Cook Strait ferry operators, Interislander and Bluebridge, will reduce their sailings from June to September 2026.
This may add to the delivery times for orders traveling between the North and South Islands of New Zealand. Please consider this when placing your orders. Thank you.
Retail/Online Orders:
For retail/online orders, placed via the IDAS Group website www.idas.co.nz,
please refer to the information below.
Delivery & Shipping Information:
- Freight Fee: NZ Flat Rate of $12.00 + GST per order
- Same Day Dispatch for orders received before 10:30am weekdays
- Standard Delivery Time: 1-3 working days
- Rural/Remote Delivery Time: 2-5 working days
- NO Dispatch on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays
Wholesale/Account Orders
For wholesale orders, placed via the IDAS Group sales team,
please refer to the information below.
Delivery & Shipping Information:
- Freight Fee: As per your current account terms and conditions
- Same Day Dispatch for orders received before 10:30am weekdays*
- Standard Delivery Time: 1-3 working days*
- Rural/Remote Delivery Time: 2-5 working days*
- Split Orders are assigned separate sales numbers
- Split Orders retain original PO reference numbers
